Langford and the Greater Victoria area have low vacancy rates for short-term rentals. The Westshore Rebels offer the opportunity to be housed with one of our host families for the cost of $600-$850/month depending on the type of housing full, partial or room rental only. HoST FAmilies
Billeting can be an extremely rewarding experience for both players and host families. Many of these relationships last long after the player has graduated from or moved on from playing junior football.
Billeting is the preferred method for our 1st or 2nd-year players (17-19 years of age) as they transition to living on their own. Host families are encouraged to include players as members of their own families.
Room Rental ONLY
Room rental includes a private room, internet and amenities. Players provide their own food and do their own cooking.
Partial or full billet
Host families provide players with a private room, internet and amenities, as well as meals (full billet 3 meals a day or partial billet dinner only) and a family atmosphere.
Rental Accommodations
Many of our 3rd and 4th-year players want to live independently and would prefer to secure their own rental accommodations. However, with many properties requiring one-year minimum leases, therefore this can be a challenge. Our housing coordinator can provide information and advice on where to find rentals. The player will be responsible for their damage deposits, rental agreements, utility hookups, etc.
