Employment Opportunities for players
The Westshore Rebels organization is committed to providing a variety of working opportunities for players in need of income while living in Victoria and to gain valuable and transferable skills and experience. The team will make every effort to ensure all players are employed based on their individual goals, skills, experience and interests.
The Employment Coordinator acts between the employer, player, and the Board of Directors to ensure all parties comply with the employment guidelines. All players requiring employment must understand they are responsible for their conduct, attendance and being on time and are representing the team throughout their employment.
Most employers require a resume and references and there are team resources available to assist players with resume writing and preparing for job interviews as required.
